Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Must complete Food Handling Certification
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Compliance with company dress code
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment when required
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience handling cash is a plus
- Barista experience is beneficial but not required
- Basic arithmetic and counting skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Proficient in English reading, communication, and recipe adherence
- Food Handling Certification required
- Compliance with specified attire guidelines
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment as needed
Job Duties
- Utilize register/POS system for managing transactions including cash and credit card payments with accuracy
- Acknowledge and assist patrons anticipating their needs to create positive experiences
- Comply with brand standards for preparation and service of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Prepare and serve food items according to establishment guidelines
- Organize and manage cash drawer funds, complete cashier slips, and handle deposit tasks
- Adhere to cash management policies and procedures set by Aramark
- Set up and break down coffee bar, workstations, or retail spaces focusing on cleanliness and organization
- Regularly sanitize equipment to maintain hygiene and safety
- Keep beverage refrigerators, snacks, serving essentials, and sauces well-stocked
- Follow food and drink handling protocols to maintain sanitation and prevent hazards
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
