Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash accurately
- English reading and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Completion of Food Handling Certification
- Willingness to comply with company attire and personal protective equipment policies
- Availability to work full-time
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience handling cash is a plus
- Basic arithmetic and counting skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Proficiency in English reading and communication
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures
- Completion of Food Handling Certification required
- Compliance with specified attire guidelines
Job Duties
- Utilize POS system for managing transactions including cash and credit payments
- Acknowledge and assist customers to create positive experiences
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand standards
- Prepare and serve food items following establishment guidelines
- Manage cash drawer, complete cashier slips, and handle deposit tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee bar, workstations, and retail space
- Sanitize equipment regularly to ensure hygiene
- Keep beverage refrigerators and snack stations stocked
- Follow food and drink handling protocols to maintain sanitation
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
