Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Food Handling Certification
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift and move items
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Adherence to dress code guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience handling cash is a plus
- Basic arithmetic and counting skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Competent in English reading, communication, and recipe adherence
- Food Handling Certification required
- Ability to comply with dress code guidelines
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing and walking
Job Duties
- Utilize register/POS system for managing transactions accurately
- Acknowledge and assist patrons to create favorable encounters
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand standards
- Ensure food items are prepared and served in line with guidelines
- Manage cash drawer, cashier slip, and deposits adhering to company policies
- Set up and break down coffee bar and workstations with focus on cleanliness and organization
- Sanitize equipment regularly and maintain stocked beverage refrigerators and snacks
- Follow food and drink handling protocols to maintain sanitation and safety
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
