Job Requirements
- coffee experience with safe serve certification or ability to complete certification upon hiring
- 3-5 years of leadership level experience
- bachelor’s degree in related field or equal experience in hospitality/service field
- budget experience with ability to understand financial reporting and implement corrective actions
- previous experience training, mentoring and managing staff or volunteers
- previous administrative experience
- personal relationship with Jesus preferred

Job Duties
- cultivating positive relationships with customers and creating a sense of community
- preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with attention to detail
- overseeing daily operations of the shop and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- leading and executing all administrative tasks including strategic planning, team scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, menu pricing, and addressing customer inquiries
- planning and executing volunteer recruitment, development, and appreciation
- training and mentoring staff and volunteers in barista skills and customer service
- implementing and enforcing sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness
- collaborating on marketing and event planning to promote the coffee shop and increase community engagement
- creating and leading an environment of belonging with a high degree of hospitality and skill
