Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and excellent guest service
- Capability to stand for long periods and engage actively with guests
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines including COVID-19 protocols
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Legal authorization to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Friendly, positive, and energetic attitude
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability
Job Duties
- Bringing big smiles and positive vibes to every guest interaction
- Creating magical moments through top-tier guest service
- Keeping our café areas spotless, organized, and stocked
- Helping families and kids enjoy a snack break during their Legoland Discovery Center journey
- Maintaining a fun, safe, and welcoming environment
- Managing lines, following opening/closing routines, and hitting sales goals
- Supporting safety, health, and cleanliness standards (including COVID-19 policies)
- Moving around—standing, bending, and reaching—throughout your shift
