Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- availability to work flexible, part-time hours
- ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- legal authorization to work in the US

- Bringing big smiles and positive vibes to every guest interaction
- creating magical moments through top-tier guest service
- keeping our café areas spotless, organized, and stocked
- helping families and kids enjoy a snack break during their Legoland Discovery Center journey
- maintaining a fun, safe, and welcoming environment
- managing lines, following opening/closing routines, and hitting sales goals
- supporting safety, health, and cleanliness standards including COVID-19 policies
- moving around—standing, bending, and reaching—throughout your shift
