Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hotel environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environment
- English fluency required
- California Food Handler Card preferred

- Previous experience as a food runner, server assistant, or host in fine dining or luxury hotel preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow directions, and remain calm in fast-paced environments
- Positive, guest-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- English required
- bilingual abilities like Spanish a plus
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical activity during shifts
- Knowledge of safe food handling
- California Food Handler Card preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and food and beverage descriptions to assist guests when needed
- Support proper table setup and service standards including correct glassware, utensils, and settings
- Follow safe food handling and service techniques in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist servers and baristas with timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain basic knowledge of the P.O.S. system to support order accuracy and guest needs
- Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to guests and team members
- Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs to ensure a positive experience
- Stay informed about coffee shop offerings and nearby amenities to assist guest inquiries
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth food and beverage service
- Adhere to all departmental policies, service standards, and safety procedures
- Ensure tables and service areas remain clean, organized, and hygienic at all times
- Clear soiled wares promptly and transport them to dishwashing area
- Set up, clean, and reset dining areas while maintaining hospitality standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Complete assigned side work duties as directed by management
- Assist with food delivery and other operational needs across outlets as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
