Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work night and weekend shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions
- willingness to adhere to company dress code and hygiene policies
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
- good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience
- six months or less of similar or related work experience

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name when possible
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading or unloading heavy items, passing along customer suggestions, and enhancing shopping experience
- answers telephone promptly and provides friendly service including taking customer orders
- takes customer orders at the counter
- works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
- handles food safely and maintains a clean, neat work area
- reviews food for freshness
- ensures adequate food supply and follows production lists
- anticipates product needs daily
- prepares and replenishes products
- checks in and puts away product, reviews invoices
- runs department registers and handles payments
- removes trash timely
- maintains adherence to hygiene and dress standards
- follows company policies and store guidelines
- reports to work as scheduled and on time
- washes dishes as necessary
- orders product and supplies

- assists in other store areas as needed
