Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience
- Six months or less of similar or related work experience
- Ability to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Must be able to carry out detailed but uninvolved verbal or written instructions
- Ability to do simple addition and subtraction
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Must be able to work night and weekend shifts
- Must be punctual and adhere to company policies
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Learn customers’ names and address them by name
- Assist customers by escorting them to products, securing hard-to-reach items, and loading/unloading heavy items
- Answer the telephone and take customer orders
- Take customer orders at the counter
- Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle food safely and maintain a clean work area
- Review food for freshness
- Prepare and replenish products as necessary
- Check in product and put away
- Operate registers and handle payment
- Remove trash timely
- Maintain adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and report to work on time
