Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions
- must be able to do simple addition and subtraction
- possess the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- less than high school education or equivalent experience
- six months or less of similar or related work experience
- ability to physically perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- must have clarity of vision and color vision
- must be able to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- availability to work scheduled hours and timely reporting
- willingness to complete pre-employment drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience
- six months or less of related work experience

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- make an effort to learn customers' names and address them accordingly
- assist customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach products, loading or unloading heavy items, noting and passing along customer suggestions
- answer telephones promptly and take customer orders
- take customer orders at the counter
- work with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction
- handle food safely and maintain a clean work area
- review food status and appearance for freshness
- ensure adequate food supply is ready and follow production lists
- anticipate daily product needs
- prepare and replenish products
- check in and put away products
- run department registers and handle payments where applicable
- remove trash timely
- maintain adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- report to work as scheduled and on time
