Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- make an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- assist customers by escorting them to products, securing products out of reach, loading or unloading heavy items, passing along suggestions
- answer telephone promptly and provide friendly service including taking orders
- take customer orders at the counter
- work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- handle food safely and keep work area clean
- review food freshness
- ensure adequate food supply is ready and follow production list
- anticipate product needs daily
- prepare and replenish product
- check in product, put product away, review invoices
- run department registers and handle payments
- remove trash timely
- maintain adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- follow company policies and store guidelines
- report to work on time
