Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service or retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to handle cash register operations
- Capacity to climb ladders and lift up to 44 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Mobility to perform duties throughout the shift
- Ability to adapt to varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in Starbucks or food service is a plus but not required
- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to use various communication devices and operate technology efficiently

Job Duties
- Providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering quality beverages and food items
- Maintaining the execution of food and beverage standards, upholding all Starbucks brand and food safety standards
- Executing food and beverage processes including inventory management and food delivery operations
- Staying updated on promotional activities to enhance guest experiences
- Supporting the Starbucks Drive Up process, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling digital orders
- Creating an inviting dining area to enhance the ambiance for guests
- Engaging with guests genuinely to exceed their expectations
