Job Duties
- provide friendly and efficient service to customers
- accurately take customer orders and ensure timely and satisfactory completion
- prepare and maintain Starbucks products by stocking, bagging, pouring, and rotating items to guarantee product quality
- foster a positive atmosphere by maintaining a friendly demeanor with customers and team members
- engage customers with product knowledge, suggestive selling, and sampling opportunities
- handle cash register transactions seamlessly using the POS system
- deliver consistently high-quality beverages and food products, adhering strictly to recipe and presentation standards
- act with integrity and uphold company and Starbucks values
- follow safety procedures and operate tools and equipment safely
- comply with company food safety programs and food handling guidelines
- adhere to scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality to meet attendance standards
