Job Requirements
- Must be able to physically perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet with or without correction
- must be able to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- must adhere to department and company hygiene and dress guidelines
- must report to work when scheduled and on time
- employment contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Less than high school or equivalent experience
- six months or less of similar or related work experience
- ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing products, loading heavy items, passing customer suggestions
- answers the telephone promptly and takes customer orders
- takes customer orders at the counter
- works with co-workers as a team
- handles food safely and maintains work area cleanliness
- reviews food status and appearance for freshness
- ensures an adequate food supply and follows production lists
- anticipates product needs
- prepares and replenishes products
- checks in and puts away product
- runs department registers and receives payments
- removes trash timely
- maintains adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- adheres to company policies and reports to work on time
- washes dishes as necessary
- orders product and supplies
- prices products
- assists in other store areas
- performs other job-related duties and special projects
