Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous relevant experience in food service or barista role
- Ability to maintain a domicile in the State of Texas throughout employment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Commitment to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in professional kitchen or barista outlet
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of menu ingredients and preparation methods
- Preferred experience with "TOAST" point of sale system
Job Duties
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and snack items according to established recipes and standards
- Serve quality coffee and other beverages ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times
- Assist with restocking, mise en place, and seasoning during service periods
- Operate "TOAST" point of sale system for processing customer orders
- Collaborate effectively with team members to provide excellent customer service
