Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to operate coffee and food service equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting

Job Duties
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages along with pastries and other food items ensuring quality and consistency
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner assisting with selections and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean organized and inviting coffee shop area including stocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in top condition
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues
- Taking initiative to assist wherever needed contributing to the overall success of the coffee shop and store
