Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in coffee roasting or food production preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong commitment to quality and safety standards
- Valid work authorization
- Physical ability to handle the demands of roasting activities
