Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to respond to emergencies with First Aid and CPR
- Dependable and compassionate nature
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and safety standards

- Ability to support adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges
- Experience or willingness to work in a residential care setting
- Strong communication and observational skills

- Supporting daily living and hygiene routines

- Maintaining confidentiality and safety standards
- Preparing materials for activities and programs
- Recording data and maintaining electronic records
