Job Requirements
- Background in customer service advantageous
- Experience in cash management preferred
- Prior barista experience not obligatory
- Proficiency in fundamental mathematics and numerical abilities
- Ability to perform tasks independently with little guidance
- Ability to comprehend written English, communicate effectively, and follow culinary instructions
- Food Handling Certification required
- Adherence to designated dress code compulsory
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment when required

Job Duties
- Effectively navigate a register/POS system to conduct transactions involving cash and credit cards in a precise manner
- Welcome and support clients, predicting their requirements to guarantee a pleasant interaction
- Implement the brand's protocols when crafting and delivering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Execute the cooking and serving of dishes as per the standards mandated by the establishment
- Maintain the cash drawer's balance, record transactions on the cashier slip, and deposit money into the bank
- Maintain compliance with Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
- Set up and dismantle coffee bar, stations, or store in a manner that emphasizes cleanliness and orderly presentation
- Ensure that the workspace is sanitary and organized through frequent cleaning and disinfection of equipment
- Maintain inventory of drink chillers, quick-grab snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers
- Adhere to all regulations for the preparation of food and beverages to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Undertake miscellaneous assignments as directed by managers
