Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in English reading and communication
- Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain it
- Physical ability to meet job demands
- Adherence to dress code policies
- Availability for full-time work
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in cash handling is encouraged
- Barista experience is advantageous but not required
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in English for reading, communication, and recipe comprehension
- Ability to obtain Food Handling Certification
- Willingness to comply with company dress code
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing
- Ability to use personal protective equipment when required
Job Duties
- Manage register/POS system to process payments efficiently and accurately
- Greet and assist customers by anticipating their needs
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Prepare and present food items to meet location standards
- Maintain and balance cash drawer and complete cashier documentation
- Organize and clean coffee bar and related work areas
- Stock beverage coolers, utensils, and food items
- Adhere to health and safety protocols in food and beverage preparation
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
