Job Requirements
- Education level not specified
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Experience in cash handling recommended
- Basic math skills required
- Ability to work independently
- Fluency in English required
- Food Handling Certification must be acquired
- Physical ability to lift bend push pull and stand for long periods
- Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use if necessary
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service skills
- Experience in cash handling encouraged
- Basic barista experience preferred
- Adequate skills in basic mathematics and counting
- Ability to work independently with minimal monitoring
- Fluency in English reading communication and recipe comprehension
- Food Handling Certification required
- Adherence to assigned dress code
Job Duties
- Skillfully manage a register/POS system to process payments efficiently and accurately including cash and credit card transactions
- Extend greetings and aid to customers predicting their needs to ensure a satisfactory experience
- Execute the brand's criteria while making and providing coffee tea and distinctive drinks to customers
- Meet the location's standards by properly preparing and presenting food items to customers
- Keep the cash drawer in order complete the necessary cashier documentation and process bank deposits efficiently
- Uphold the cash handling policies and procedures specified by Aramark
- Organize and disassemble coffee bar designated areas or retail facility paying attention to cleanliness and systematic layout
