Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Good communication skills
- Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain it
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing
- Compliance with company dress code and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service skills
- Experience in cash handling
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English reading, communication, and recipe comprehension
- Food Handling Certification in accordance with standards
- Ability to observe dress code
- Physical capability for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing and walking
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment when required
Job Duties
- Manage a register/POS system to process payments efficiently and accurately including cash and credit card transactions
- Extend greetings and assist customers predicting their needs to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Prepare and present food items meeting location standards
- Keep the cash drawer accurate, complete cashier documentation, and process bank deposits
- Follow cash handling policies and procedures specified by Aramark
- Organize and clean the coffee bar, designated areas, or retail facility maintaining cleanliness and layout
- Maintain workplace cleanliness by sanitizing equipment and orderly arrangement
- Stock beverage coolers, ready-to-eat items, serving utensils, and sauces
- Comply with health and safety policies when preparing food and beverages
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
