Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
- Basic math proficiency
- Strong communication skills in English
- Capability to work independently
- Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain
- Compliance with dress code and safety standards
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- Availability to work full-time
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service skills are an asset
- Experience in cash handling is encouraged
- Barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English reading, communication, and recipe comprehension
- Food Handling Certification as per standards
- Adherence to assigned dress code
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and standing
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
Job Duties
- Manage register/POS system to process payments accurately
- Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Prepare and present food items meeting location standards
- Maintain cash drawer order and complete cashier documentation
- Follow cash handling policies and procedures
- Clean and organize coffee bar and work areas
- Sanitize equipment and ensure workspace cleanliness
- Stock beverage coolers and serving utensils
- Comply with health and safety regulations in food and beverage preparation
- Perform additional duties as assigned
