Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Basic mathematics skills
- Food Handling Certification required
- Fluency in English
- Ability to follow dress code
- Physical capability to perform job tasks
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to work independently
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service skills are an asset
- Experience in cash handling is encouraged
- Barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and counting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English reading, communication, and recipe comprehension
- Food Handling Certification in accordance with standards
- Adherence to assigned dress code
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand/walk for long periods
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment when required
Job Duties
- Manage register/POS system to process payments efficiently and accurately
- Greet customers and predict their needs to ensure a satisfactory experience
- Prepare and provide coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand criteria
- Prepare and present food items meeting location standards
- Maintain cash drawer, complete cashier documentation, and process bank deposits
- Adhere to Aramark cash handling policies and procedures
- Organize and clean coffee bar and designated areas maintaining cleanliness and order
- Sanitize equipment and keep workspace orderly
- Stock beverage coolers, ready-to-eat items, utensils, and sauces
- Follow health and safety standards during food and beverage preparation
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
