Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English
- Food Handling Certification required or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must comply with company dress code
- Ability to follow workplace health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service skills are an asset
- Experience in cash handling is encouraged
- Barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Adequate skills in basic mathematics and counting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English reading, communication, and recipe comprehension
- Food Handling Certification as per standards
- Ability to adhere to assigned dress code
- Physical capability for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
Job Duties
- Manage register/POS system to process payments efficiently and accurately
- Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
- Prepare and provide coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Properly prepare and present food items to customers
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and complete cashier documentation
- Follow Aramark cash handling policies and procedures
- Clean and organize coffee bar, equipment, and designated areas regularly
- Stock beverage coolers, ready-to-eat items, utensils, and sauces
- Comply with health and safety protocols during food and beverage preparation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
