Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Experience handling cash transactions
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills in English
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform job duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- Commitment to following health and safety standards
- Flexibility to work full-time hours as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Experience in cash handling encouraged
- Barista experience advantageous but not mandatory
- Basic math and counting skills required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English reading, communication, and recipe comprehension
- Food Handling Certification required
- Adherence to assigned dress code
- Physical ability for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) if required
Job Duties
- Manage register/POS system for processing payments efficiently and accurately
- Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Prepare and present food items meeting location's quality standards
- Maintain cash drawer, complete cashier documentation, and process bank deposits
- Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
- Clean and organize coffee bar and work areas, maintaining cleanliness and order
- Stock beverage coolers, ready-to-eat items, utensils, and sauces
- Follow health and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure cleanliness
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
