Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage roles advantageous
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests and enter their orders into the register
- Tender payment transactions accurately
- Prepare all beverage and food orders according to guest specifications
- Operate all coffee shop machines proficiently
- Maintain knowledge of all product offerings and recipes
- Answer guests' questions about menu items
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of coffee preparation area
