Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate cash register and payment processing systems
- Ability to follow recipes and preparation instructions
- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in food service or customer service helpful
- Ability to operate coffee machines and prepare specialty beverages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet guests and enter beverage and food orders into the register accurately
- Tender payment and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare all beverage and food orders according to guest specifications and company recipes
- Operate all coffee shop machines proficiently
- Maintain knowledge of all product offerings and answer guest questions
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in the coffee shop area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive environment
