Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cash handling experience preferred
- customer service skills
- basic math proficiency
- English fluency
- Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain
- physical capability to perform job duties including lifting and standing
- adherence to dress code
- availability to work full-time
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- experience in cash handling encouraged
- barista experience advantageous but not mandatory
- basic math and counting skills
- ability to work independently
- fluent in English reading and communication
- ability to comprehend recipes
- Food Handling Certification as per standards
- adherence to dress code
- capable of physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing
- willingness to use personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Manage register/POS system to process payments
- greet and assist customers predicting their needs
- prepare and provide coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- prepare and present food items according to location standards
- maintain cash drawer and complete cashier documentation
- uphold cash handling policies by Aramark
- organize and clean coffee bar and designated areas
- sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness
- stock beverage coolers and ready-to-eat items
- comply with health and safety standards in food and beverage preparation
- perform additional tasks as assigned
