Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash register
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in food service or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate coffee and food preparation equipment
- Knowledge of coffee products and preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering friendly service
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage and food orders accurately using the register
- Tender payments and provide receipts efficiently
- Prepare all beverage and food orders according to established recipes and standards
- Operate coffee shop machines including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all product offerings and answer guests' questions confidently
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations
