Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation
- basic English proficiency
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food and beverage preparation is an asset
- basic math skills for handling cash and register operations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is beneficial
Job Duties
- greet guests and enter their orders into the register and tender payment
- prepare all beverage and food orders according to guest specifications
- maintain knowledge of all product offerings and answer guest questions
- operate all coffee shop machines proficiently
- ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages and food items prepared
- uphold high standards of customer service and store cleanliness
- assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
