Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in coffee preparation or food service is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate coffee and espresso machines
- Knowledge of beverage recipes and preparation techniques
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Greet guests and enter orders into the register
- Tender payments accurately and efficiently
- Prepare all beverage and food orders according to guest specifications
- Operate all coffee shop machines including espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain knowledge of all product offerings to answer guest questions
- Follow beverage recipes precisely to ensure quality and consistency
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
