Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic math skills for cash handling
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Commitment to follow health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred
Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee tea and specialty drinks
Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
Follow all health and safety guidelines
