Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to operate coffee and food preparation equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Duties
- Greet guests and enter their orders into the register
- Tender payment for orders
- Prepare all beverage and food orders according to guest requests
- Operate all coffee shop machinery efficiently
- Know and understand beverage recipes
- Be knowledgeable about all product offerings
- Answer guests' questions regarding menu items
