Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Ability to operate coffee machines and prepare beverages accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is a plus
- Team player with a positive and friendly attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests and enter their orders into the register
- Tender payment and provide accurate receipts
- Prepare all beverage and food orders according to guest specifications
- Operate all coffee shop machines proficiently
- Maintain knowledge of all product offerings and beverage recipes
- Answer guests' questions and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
