Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good physical condition to lift and carry items
- Willingness to learn and follow company standards
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Basic food safety knowledge is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is beneficial
- Ability to operate coffee machines and prepare beverages following recipes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability
Job Duties
- Greet guests and enter their orders into the register and tender payment
- Prepare all beverage and food orders according to guest specifications
- Operate all machines in the coffee shop including espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Be knowledgeable about all product offerings and answer guests' questions
- Uphold high standards of customer service and company policies
- Assist in inventory management and stocking supplies as needed
