Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies
- Basic English proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in coffee preparation or food service is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate coffee machines and equipment
- Knowledge of beverage recipes and preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests and enter their orders into the register
- Tender payment for orders
- Prepare all beverage and food orders according to guest specifications
- Operate all coffee shop machines
- Understand and apply beverage recipes accurately
- Provide knowledgeable answers to guests' questions about products
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness in the coffee shop
