Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- strong customer service orientation
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- basic cash handling skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- knowledge of coffee preparation techniques a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to operate coffee shop equipment
Job Duties
- greet guests and enter their orders into the register and tender payment
- prepare all beverage and food orders according to guest specifications
- operate all coffee shop machines
- be knowledgeable about product offerings and answer guests' questions
- ensure recipes of beverages are followed accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
