Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday with occasional weekends

Job Duties
- Provide training to associates
- create and manage work schedules
- evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- reward high performers and discipline underperformers
- prepare production or sales reports for management
- act as a contact person for employee complaints and time-off requests
- mentor employees and encourage goal setting
- perform other duties as assigned
