Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Food Handling Certification as per regulations
- Ability to comply with dress code requirements
- Physical capability to perform job-related tasks including lifting and standing for long durations
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Proficiency in English communication and comprehension
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is advantageous
- Experience handling cash transactions is desired
- Barista experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Proficiency in basic math and numerical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong English reading, communication, and adherence to recipes
- Mandatory Food Handling Certification
- Compliance with dress code regulations
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
Job Duties
- Manage register/POS system to process payments efficiently and accurately including cash and credit card transactions
- Welcome and support clients predicting their requirements to guarantee a pleasant interaction
- Prepare and present coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand requirements
- Cook and present dishes following established guidelines
- Prepare and maintain the cash register, complete cashier's report, and handle bank transactions
- Follow company guidelines and regulations for managing cash transactions
- Arrange and dismantle coffee bar and work areas ensuring cleanliness and orderliness
- Clean and sanitize equipment regularly maintaining workspace hygiene
- Stock beverage coolers, ready-to-eat items, serving utensils, and sauces
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in food and beverage preparation
- Perform additional tasks delegated by supervisors
