Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a barista or customer service role preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is a plus
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards
- provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests
- handle cash and credit card transactions
- ensure all guest orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- engage with guests to deliver personalized service
- assist with inventory management and restocking
