Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- availability to work full time at the Walt Disney World Dolphin location
- adherence to company safety policies and procedures
- compliance with professional appearance and uniform standards
- ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- willingness to perform various physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing
- strong interpersonal skills to support team and interact professionally with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general educational development (GED) certificate
- no prior related work experience required

- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic knowledge of food and beverage operations preferred
- ability to operate POS systems such as MICROS
- good hand-eye coordination and motor skills
Job Duties
- fulfill opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and necessary instruments, cleaning equipment and areas, locking doors
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- enter orders into the POS system and collect payments from customers
- take orders, enter them into the MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee
- ensure appliances like coffee makers are turned on and off at appropriate times
- clean tables and coffee cart areas
- maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
- obtain change necessary for expected transaction levels
- balance cash at the end of the shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, deliver receipts, and secure the cash register
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company proprietary information
- protect company property
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- provide team support to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods during the entire shift
- read and visually verify information in different formats
- visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects
- grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- reach above the head and below the knees including bending, twisting waist, dragging, and stooping
- move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- climb up and down stairs and/or service ramps
- greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards
- speak clearly and professionally with others
- answer telephone calls using proper phone etiquette
- perform other reasonable work tasks as assigned by supervisors
