Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and areas
- Lock doors at end of shift
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Input orders into cash register system and collect payment
- Take orders, record in MICROS system, prepare food and coffee beverages
- Ensure appliances are turned on or off at appropriate times
- Bus coffee cart areas and tables
- Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day
- Obtain change required for expected business level
- Count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guest service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Visually verify information and inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching overhead and below knees
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
