Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- input orders into cash register system and collect payments
- take orders and prepare food and coffee beverages
- ensure appliances are turned on/off appropriately
- bus coffee cart areas and tables
- clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment
- obtain change for business
- count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- resolve discrepancies and secure bank
- follow company and safety policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training
- maintain clean and professional appearance
- uphold confidentiality
- welcome and assist guests, including those with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop positive working relationships
- support team goals
- ensure quality standards
- visually verify information and inspect equipment
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move and lift objects up to 25 pounds
