Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic customer service experience
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

- No prior relevant work experience required

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
- Basic knowledge of coffee shop operations preferred
Job Duties
- Fulfill opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and equipment, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Enter orders into the MICROS system and prepare food and coffee
- Ensure appliances (e.g., coffee machines) are turned on and off at appropriate times
- Clean tables and coffee cart areas throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, secure cash registers
