Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work flexible hours

- Strong commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities

Job Duties
- Provides information for program maintenance and evaluation, meets policies, procedures, licensing and certification regulations by collecting, recording and charting data, including electronically maintained records
- Maintains program participants' cleanliness, comfort and well-being and facilitates development and maintenance of self-help and daily living skills by providing guidance and assistance in personal hygiene tasks
- Facilitates program implementation by preparing materials for participant-related activities or projects as needed
- Maintains program participant's health and well-being by promoting and encouraging self-administration of medications, administering medication, documenting medication administration and errors, observing and reporting changes in behavior and physical and mental appearance
- Protects program participants and employees by applying emergency first aid and CPR procedures
- Observes and maintains confidentiality by treating information regarding program participants with discretion and complying with confidentiality policies and procedures
