- Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program
- complete and pass food safety certification program
- ability to speak, read and write English
- can physically stand or walk 100% of shift
- able to deliver plates and clear tables which may require lifting up to 50 lbs
- can reach bend and stoop frequently

Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance and food/drink running as needed
- be knowledgeable regarding food and beverage menus, current promotions, specials, and answer guests' questions clearly
- accurately write down guests' orders and enter into POS system in a timely manner
- retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area and deliver them to guests promptly
- assess guests' demeanor and identify when to summon a manager
- collect guests’ payments, ensure transactions are correct using POS, and deliver correct change promptly
- perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework
- restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guests
