Job Duties
- Display and maintain a cheerful and courteous temperament
- display a neat and clean professional image
- greet guests with Flanigan's Smile Talk
- engage guests in Smile Talk while escorting them to tables in a timely manner
- efficiently manage the wait list for seating
- communicate guests' questions or concerns to the manager on duty
- keep foyer, host/hostess station, and wait area clean and free of debris
- restock and clean menus
- restock and maintain restroom cleanliness
- answer telephone within four rings
- answer guests' questions or direct guests to proper staff member
- conclude guests' visit with Smile Talk
- perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework
