Job Duties
- Displays and maintains a cheerful and courteous temperament
- Greets guests with Flanigan's smile talk
- Engages guests while escorting them to tables in a timely manner
- Efficiently manages the wait list for seating
- Communicates guest questions or concerns to manager on duty
- Keeps foyer, host station, and wait area clean and free of debris
- Restocks and maintains restroom cleanliness for guests
- Answers telephone within four rings and directs guests appropriately
- Concludes guests visit with Flanigan's smile talk
- Performs shift changes, opening and closing duties, and assigned sidework
