- must possess an Alcoholic Awareness or Bassett card
- must be able to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board
- ability to work in stressful, high-volume, energetic atmosphere
- ability to work flexible hours
- good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- ability to learn basic computer/register skills through Info-Genesis
- positive attitude/outlook
